  • The ELI is a research-backed attitudinal assessment that measures how you perceive and respond to the world as a leader. It identifies the energy patterns driving your decisions, relationships, and results, and where you have the most leverage to shift them. Forbes magazine describes it as one of the top assessments every executive should take.

  • Engagements typically include 6-12 sessions to be completed in three to six months. We can agree on the duration and pace together at the outset.

  • No. Not knowing what is next can be our starting point. The first stage of our work together is then specifically designed to help you find the clarity.

  • A recruiter works from the outside in — matching your existing profile to available roles. This coaching works from the inside out, addressing the beliefs, energy patterns, and inner narratives that shape which opportunities you pursue, how you show up in interviews, and whether the next role feels fulfilling.
