Leadership Coaching

A coaching partnership for senior leaders who are stepping into more responsibility, more visibility, and more weight and who want to lead from clarity/calmness instead of pressure.

You're leading at a level your training never prepared you for

You got here by being excellent. Sharp, reliable, trusted with the complex work and the visible clients and stakeholders.

But leadership at this level rewards different things. The room reads energy before it reads the deck. Influence depends more on how you hold a conversation than how well you prepared for it. The stakeholder who agreed in the meeting reverses in the corridor.

And so you find yourself asking: Am I leading, or performing leadership?

This is where we start.

Leadership Coaching is for you if..

✔ You want to work on both dimensions: the outer strategy and the inner beliefs, and narratives shaping how you lead, including the ones that are not serving you.

✔ You are stepping into a role with more scope, visibility, or complexity than you have held before

✔ You want to grow your impact without growing your exhaustion

✔ You want to lead with more presence and influence, particularly in high-stakes rooms where the dynamics are subtle

The journey, in 3 stages

01 - Clarity

✓ Energy Leadership assessment and debrief
✓ Identify where you are under-leveraging your strengths
✓ Identify and shift limiting beliefs and energy blocks

02 - Action

✓ Make sharper decisions in high-stakes environments
✓ Build executive presence with stakeholders
✓ Communicate with authority in high-impact situations

03- Progress

✓ Lead with more impact and recognition
✓ Increase your influence internally and externally
✓ Sustainable and resilient leadership habits and wellbeing

Uncover and address beliefs, inner narratives, and behaviour patterns that shape how you lead, influence, and show up under pressure. Session topics will vary based on your goals, priorities, and the duration of the coaching engagement. This is a glimpse of what your journey may include, as everyone’s path is unique.

Frequently asked questions

A few of the questions that come up most often before people book an exploration call. If yours isn't here, the call itself is the best place to ask it.

  • Engagements typically include 6-12 sessions to be completed in three to six months. We can agree on the duration and pace together at the outset.

  • The ELI is a research-backed attitudinal assessment that measures how you perceive and respond to the world as a leader. It identifies the energy patterns driving your decisions, relationships, and results, and where you have the most leverage to shift them. Forbes magazine describes it as one of the top assessments every executive should take.

  • My approach draws on iPEC Energy Leadership™, COR.E Transitions Dynamics™, NLP, and trauma-informed somatic practice. Together, these address the strategic, cognitive, and somatic dimensions of change.

  • A mentor shares their experience and gives you their answers, which is genuinely useful when you're learning the unwritten rules of an industry or a firm. A coach works differently. The job isn't to tell you what to do, it's to ask the questions that help you find the answer that's actually right for you, and to surface the patterns and beliefs that have been quietly shaping how you lead. Most senior leaders benefit from both. A mentor helps you navigate the firm you're in. A coach helps you become the leader you want to be inside it, or beyond it.

  • Coaching at this level isn't remedial. The clients I work with are typically among the strongest performers in their organisations, which is precisely why coaching is worth it. The higher you go, the less candid feedback you receive, the more politics shapes what you hear, and the harder it becomes to see your own patterns clearly. Coaching gives you a confidential space to think honestly about how you lead, what's working, and what's quietly costing you, without the performance review subtext.

  • Both, woven together, with the balance shaped by what you bring into each session. Some weeks the conversation is almost entirely strategic, a difficult stakeholder, a presentation to the board, a decision about how to position yourself for what's next. Other weeks we'll be deeper in the mindset layer, working through the beliefs or patterns that are getting in the way. What I've found is that the strategic work doesn't hold without the mindset work, and the mindset work feels abstract without the strategic context. Doing both is what makes the change actually stick.
