Leadership Coaching
A coaching partnership for senior leaders who are stepping into more responsibility and visibility, and who want to lead with more executive presence, influence and clarity.
You got here by being excellent. Sharp, reliable, trusted with the complex work and the visible clients and stakeholders.
But leadership at this level rewards different things. The room reads energy before it reads the deck. Influence depends more on how you hold a conversation than how well you prepared for it. The stakeholder who agreed in the meeting reverses in the corridor.
And so you find yourself asking: Am I leading, or performing leadership?
This is where we start.
You're leading at a level your training never prepared you for
Leadership Coaching is for you if
✔ You want to work on both dimensions: the outer strategy and the inner beliefs, and narratives shaping how you lead.
✔ You are stepping into a role with more scope, visibility, or complexity than you have held before.
✔ You want to lead with more presence and influence, particularly in high-stakes environments where the dynamics are subtle.
✔ You want to grow your impact and influence without growing your exhaustion.

Coaching can support you in enhancing your performance. The clients I work with tend to be high performers in their organisations. Over time it may get harder for you to see your behavioural patterns and blind spots. Coaching provides a confidential and safe space to reflect honestly on how you lead, what's working, and what's costing you. With coaching, you can identify and transform the patterns that no longer serve you so they can support your growth more effectively.

Your overarching goal for the coaching engagement, along with session-specific goals, will guide our work together. Some sessions may have a stronger strategic focus if that best serves your needs (e.g., navigating a difficult stakeholder relationship, preparing for a board presentation, or deciding how to position yourself for what's next). Other coaching sessions may place greater emphasis on mindset work if that is what you need at the time (e.g., working through the limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and fears that may be keeping you from moving forward and achieving your goals). Typically, coaching sessions will include a combination of both since they are interconnected.
